A free call to get to know you
Tell me what you're looking for and when you'd like to move. The call is free and takes about an hour.
Work out your budget
A lender can tell you what you can borrow. Then we look at what that buys in the areas you like, so there are fewer surprises later.
Find homes that fit
I set up a search around what matters to you and adjust it as you see homes.
Make an offer
I show you what similar homes sold for, so you can pick a price you're comfortable with. Then I negotiate for you.
Inspection and conditions
Your offer can include conditions, like mortgage approval or an inspection. I explain each one, and I can be at the inspection if you can't make it.
