He helped us purchase our dream home while we were in another Province. While house hunting in Alberta, he was able to schedule all the properties that we wanted to see on our short trip. Due to us not being in Alberta, he was also able to attend our home inspection on our behalf. He also has a YouTube channel, where he talks about the current housing market.
